The first part of the program explains about the 3 types of metabolism, and how this affects weight loss. Then you will be given a test that will help you determine your metabolic type. After determining your type, there is a chart that will tell you the best foods and portion sizes for you.
Next she explains why some people lose weight on certain foods and others don’t, then has you assemble your meal planner from the list of foods that are best for your metabolic type.
