Fat Loss For Idiots Review

Intro To Fat Loss For Idiots / What Is Fat Loss For Idiots

Also known as the Idiot Proof Diet, Fat loss For Idiots has become an internet dieting sensation. This is an online program that promises to help you lose up to 11 pounds in 9 days. The program itself intends on fat loss to occur by kicking your metabolic rate into high gear by using a method called calorie shifting.

The program is highly popular, possibly in part due to the name, and possibly partly due to the price. And maybe it’s because of the way they present the program and it’s simplicity. There have been no scientific studies on the program published that we can find, although the calorie shifting concept is being used by a lot of pro trainers and has been proved.

Who Is The Author

We found no authors listed for this publication anywhere, although their website, which is the main part of their course, was placed by a company called Internet Made Simple. And all retail sales are run through Clickbank, a highly regarded financial based website.

What’s Included In Fat Loss 4 Idiots/Cost/Specials

Fat Loss For Idiots has two levels to participate in. In the first level, you get the e-book or PDF file to download, and unlimited access to their online meal generator. This level will cost you a 1 time fee of $39, and access to the generator is lifetime. The upgrade kit is all of the above, and includes the guide “Beyond Calories.” This is a 39 page e-book/PDF to help your fat burning go faster. This kit costs $55. Support in the program comes in the form of technical support through the e-mail only. Though, the questions are answered very fast. There are no support forums or other methods of dieting support available. And a no condition, 60 day refund policy is guaranteed.

Recommended FatLoss4Idiots Exercises

Since this is a casual program, there aren’t many exercises offered or suggested. The e-book talks a little about the importance of exercise and activity in our daily lives, and suggests walking for at least an hour per day.

Overview Of The Fat Loss For Idiots Nutrition Plan

You’ll get an e-book that explains the basics of the program, the rules, and how it is a rather casual program and that it wasn’t a strict diet. The e-book wasn’t very impressive, we have to admit, but the website was a site to behold. The rules were laid out much more explicitly, the Meal Generator worked extremely well, and well, the meals it came up with were quite tasty suggestions.

You are asked to select from 46 different foods, and based on your choices, a meal plan is made for you at the click of a mouse button. The plan is down-loadable and printable. Has reminders of different rules to follow, and there are even choices to cater to the vegetarians. The plan revolves around 4 meals per day, and not getting full, just satisfied. With the upgrade though, you will eat as many as 6 meals per day, and the food choices expanded greatly.

Basically the plan works on a 14 day cycle. You will follow the plans rules and outlines for 11 of the days, then for 3 days you get a break. If you haven’t dropped the pounds you wanted to, then go back to the generator and do the cycle again. The upgrade has a 10 day plan.

Fat Loss For Idiots Program Pros

Everything has an upside and a downside, here’s the up:

  • Caters to vegetarians too, not many do.
  • In this plan it allows limited amounts of alcohol, wine.
  • Meal generator. Works great, lets you choose the foods you like and rule out the ones you don’t.
  • Not a strict diet plan, allows for days off.

Fat Loss For Idiots Program Cons

And, now the down

  • Eventual boredom could conceivably occur over a long term. While this is less likely in the upgrade, it could still happen with this one also.
  • The program encompasses three different diets. Kind of confusing for idiots.
  • Rules are meant to be broken, and in the first diet, PDF, it’s too easy wit all the casualness.
  •  No structured exercise plan…something we advocate with a plan of this type.

Our Conclusion On Fat Loss For Idiots

While the PDF did disappoint, the website and meal generator didn’t. The plan uses a popular method for fat loss, but hasn’t any scientific data posted anywhere to prove their plan. There is a lot of happy customer postings all over the net, and they do claim a less than 3% refund request rate. We recommend this for short term weight loss, but if you are looking for long term loss, you should consider something else.
