  • 2 Green Bell Peppers.
  • 1 or 2 cans (to taste) either whole or dices tomatoes.
  • 3 carrots.
  • 10 oz. can of mushrooms.
  • 1 Bunch celery
  • Cabbage, half head.
  • 1 package of Lipton (or any other brand,) soup mix.
  • 2 cubes beef bullion, (optional.)
  • 48 oz. Can V-8 Juice.
  • Seasoning to taste, remember, no salt.

Put a lid on the pot and let it simmer until the veggies have all cooked, usually around 2 hours or so.
